As a Research Fellow, Francisco uses his background in political research and communications to help deliver accurate results for TargetPoint’s clients. He greatly enjoys working in the intersection of public opinion, political strategy, and data analysis.
Prior to joining TargetPoint, Francisco worked as a Senate Research Analyst for America Rising, where he researched and designed narratives of vulnerability widely used in the Maine, Montana, and Michigan U.S. Senate races. After his time at America Rising, the Sen. Susan Collins campaign hired Francisco as a research and communications consultant. He’s also worked as a shipping agent on the Mississippi River and for the South Louisiana Economic Council.
Francisco received his B.A. in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College, where he played four years as a defensive end for the Polar Bear football team. He enjoys reading about political philosophy and Louisiana history, and listening to podcasts about leadership and cryptocurrencies.
He is a fellow with The Public Interest Fellowship based in Washington D.C.
